Oval Spoon Excavator – Fig. 17W (1014-8)

The Oval Spoon Excavator (Fig. 17W) has a larger oval, spoon-shaped blade used to remove soft carious dentine and debris and to debride cavities and sockets. The oval blade clears wider areas in fewer strokes.
