1. WITHDRAWAL & CANCELLATION RIGHT (30-Day Period)

Your Right to Withdraw

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 30 calendar days from the delivery of the last item in your order. This period includes weekends and public holidays.

(Note: EU law requires a minimum of 14 days. Dental Expert Co. voluntarily extends this to 30 days for better customer service.)

Return-After-Notice Timing

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal:

  • You must send the item back within 30 days of informing us
  • Send items to the return address provided in the withdrawal confirmation email
  • We recommend using tracked shipping

Items Must Be:

  • Unused and in original packaging/condition
  • In resalable condition (no signs of use)
  • With all original documentation and accessories

2. REFUND TIMING & PROCESSING

When You'll Receive Your Money:

  • Upon receipt and inspection: We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving your returned item
  • Refund method: Credit will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping refund: You will receive a full refund of the standard delivery charge you paid (this is required by EU law)

What You'll Be Refunded:

3. RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Who Covers Return Shipping Costs?

DENTAL EXPERT CO. PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING IF:

  • Product is defective or faulty
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Item is missing components
  • Product doesn't match the description

YOU PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING IF:

  • You exercise your withdrawal right for change of mind (EU law allows this)
  • Item is in perfect condition and you simply changed your mind

We recommend insured, tracked shipping for all returns.

4. EXEMPTIONS FROM WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

The following items CANNOT be returned or withdrawn (in accordance with EU regulations):

  • Custom-made dental instruments - Any items manufactured to your specific requirements or specifications
  • Final sale items - Products marked as final sale at purchase
  • Hygiene-sensitive products - Items where protective sealing has been removed (if applicable)
  • Clearance or discontinued items - As marked at time of purchase

5. DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING ITEMS

If Your Item Arrives Defective:

7. CANCELLATION BEFORE DELIVERY

  • You may still exercise your 30-day withdrawal right upon delivery
