Root Elevator Flohr – Left, 3mm (1001-4)

The Flohr Root Elevator (Left, 3 mm) is used to luxate and elevate roots and root fragments from the socket during extraction. The left-side blade works the corresponding wall of the socket and pairs with the right version for either approach. The 3 mm tip drives between root and bone.
