However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process to make your experience as smooth and reassuring as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within seven days of receiving their order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or opened from their original sterile packaging may not qualify for return. We advise our customers to inspect all items upon delivery and contact us immediately in case of any issues.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, or safety reasons. These include but are not limited to custom-engraved instruments, items marked as final sale, special bulk orders, disposable tools, and any product that is labeled as non-returnable on the product page. We maintain this policy to ensure that every customer receives sterile and untouched items.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers are required to contact our support team within the return window. You must provide the original order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once the return request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide the return instructions, including the return address and packaging guidelines. Returned items must be sent back using a reliable courier service, and customers are advised to keep tracking information for their records. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item being delivered, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Dental Expert does not offer prepaid shipping labels unless the return is the result of a fulfillment mistake or manufacturing defect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. The refund processing time may take between five to seven business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. In cases where a partial refund is applicable due to product condition or packaging issues, the customer will be informed beforehand.
