Orders that include customized products, such as engraved tools or tailored kits, may require additional preparation time. Domestic Shipping
For deliveries within Pakistan, we use trusted courier services to ensure reliability and speed. Standard delivery time typically ranges between two to five business days, depending on the delivery location. Orders shipped to metropolitan areas may arrive sooner, while deliveries to remote or rural areas may take a little longer. Customers will receive updates via email or SMS once their parcel has been dispatched.
International Shipping
Dental Expert proudly serves clients worldwide, shipping to most countries across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and more. We partner with globally recognized courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, and others to provide fast and secure international delivery. Standard international shipping typically takes seven to fourteen business days. For urgent orders, express delivery options are available in select countries, reducing delivery time to approximately three to seven business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs procedures, and local courier operations.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The final shipping cost will be visible at the checkout before payment is completed. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping on selected products or for orders above a certain value. For international customers, please note that express shipping options will incur higher fees and must be selected manually during the ordering process.
